Fashion Plate

Here I am in another one of Mom and Dad's favorite outfits of mine.
P.S. I think my eyes are going to be blue - what do you think?

Making Faces

Guess which caption could go with which picture: "Lost in Thought" and "Devising a Plan"
Dave and I love that Davidson is so expressive. He's even smiling at us from time to time. We've yet to capture it in a picture, but we keep trying!

Still Growing!

I went to the doctor this week. At six weeks old, I now weigh 9lbs, 3oz and finally fit into 0-3 month clothes! Here I am in one of the very first outfits Mom and Dad bought me when they learned I was a boy!

Visiting Santa!

Mom and Dad needed to get out of the house on Sunday. So they took me to a quieter mall up the street. They figured it would be less busy, but a good way to walk around, stay out of the cold and let me look at my favorite things: lights in the ceiling! They were right. The mall was quiet, and when we came upon Santa and his elves there was no line. "Why not?" they said. Here I am telling Santa what I want this year... but I didn't bother to wake up to do it :)

Growing!!

This week I grew out of these socks!
One day it'll be hard to believe I ever fit into them at all!

Out to Lunch!

Today, Mom and Dad took me out to lunch. We went to a neighborhood place called Lia's. We'd normally walk but since it was so cold today, we drove. I slept the entire time and was generally cute. We ate in the bar ... so I guess today marked my first lunch date AND my first time in a bar. Big day, BIG day...

Thanksgiving!

Thank you, Dina, for my "First Thanksgiving" bib!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

Another Favorite Past Time

I love looking at the dimmed ceiling fan lights. Mom puts me in the Boppy pillow and I stare and "talk" to the lights. Mom and Dad wonder what I'm thinking... what I'm telling them. But it's my secret.

Halloween

For my very first Halloween I was a monk. Mom and Dad didn't buy me a costume before I was born because they weren't sure I'd arrive in time. So, they had to get creative. Their first idea - a New York Yankee - fell through because I don't fit into 0-3 month clothing yet. But I do have a dark brown sleep sack that Mom thinks looks like a monk's robe. My "hair do" adds to the look. Dad took a drawstring Blanton's (bourbon) bag to make a hat and the cord from the bag to make a belt... a pretty good looking costume I'd say! It got a lot of laughs...

Just Hanging Around

I spend most of my day eating, sleeping and getting changed. I've been for a few walks in the neighborhood. I've been to the grocery store, to the doctor's and to the polls on Election Day while mom voted. Here are some of our favorite shots these first few weeks.

Love!!

A very French look, oui?

Again, everybody's tired, but oh so happy!
